0. Scrolls down and opens or scrolls up and unloads the toolbar.
1. Saves the text file in the text by default by the name from the list which is selected. For example, if you have typed a description for item number 1 "a b c kinematic axes" from the list, clicking this red floppy image will open File Save dialog box and you text will be saved as "a b c kinematic axes.txt" on typing in "qw" (without the quotes, of course) in the File Save dialog box.
2. Copies all contents of the text box to the clipboard.
3. Pastes the textual contents from the clipboard if the text box is not empty and hints if the

clipboard data is suitable for pasting.

4. Loads a print program for directly sending the image to the printer.
5. Loads a Search box for text or binary (case sensitive) search only within the text file selected and loaded.
6. Loads image if an item is selected from the list box. This can also be done by clicking right mouse button.
 7. Loads this file modally.
8. Loads timed message box for About the Program whose  screen shot is given here.
.9. Closes the program if clipboard empty else asks if the clipboard contents be deleted or kept for use  by other program. This toolbar is disabled if the image is maximized for better view of larger ones.

From L to R: 0. Scrolls right and opens or left and closes or hides the toolbar. 1. If you choose any image for any item from the list chosen, from anywhere on your machine or from a network machine or from the web, say for item number 1 "a b c kinematic axes", this will be loaded in  the picture frame. 2. On clicking green floppy image, and typing "qw" -without the quotes, of course- in the File Save dialog box, with the path set to your default folder, this image now loaded will be saved by default  as "a b c kinematic axes.bmp". But this is temporary image and you will be asked to enter a compression value to convert this to a JPEG image by operating the slider control. The image is now saved as "a b c kinematic axes.jpg". Your BMP file will be saved to a folder C:\sFiles. You must therefore create a folder of this name before beginning the program. The folder will not be created by a command from inside the code of this. 3. Pastes image from the clipboard but prompts to clear the image frame before pasting or to the effect that clipboard contents are unsuitable for pasting if clipboard contents are  textual and not binary. 4. Copies loaded image to the clipboard. 5. Clears image frame. 6. Cuts the image and copies to cut portion to the clipboard. But this option is presently disabled. 7. This field gives total number of items in the list. 8. This field returns the number of the item chosen from the list. 9. Maximizes the image if you think that it is large and cannot be viewed and needs too much scrolling. This toolbar is disabled if the text field is maximized. PLEASE REMEMBER THAT EVEN IF YOU HAVE CREATED A VALID IMAGE FOR A TOPIC, BUT YOUR IMAGE WILL NOT BE LOADED UNLESS YOU HAVE CREATED AN EMPTY TEXT FILE FIRST AS SUGGESTED UNDER ITEM 1 FOR MARGINAL TOOLBAR ABOVE.
In the top field, as you enter a search term, the items in the list box control are displayed depending on search criteria. As you click the desired item out of the ones displayed, the selected item is fully displayed in the field second from top, just above the list. If you now click the ellipse image on toolbar to the left, the related text is loaded in the text box below and the related image is loaded to the right. Also a button to maximize the text is also displayed. If no text or image is available, the empty text file and empty image are loaded. This can also be achieved by clicking the selected item by right mouse button.
The text and image combination to the right shows what happens when you click the ellipse image on the toolbar or right button click of the mouse on the selected item in the list.
To the left is shown the maximized text box. The scrollbars are disabled as these have a rather ungainly look. You may use the UP and DOWN arrows instead. Also shown is a search box for terms which appears on maximizing the text box. Also a button for increasing the Font size from 8 to 10 is provided which appears on maximizing or resizing the text box. The font type cannot be changed and also the BOLD attribute. The font size can be increased by right button mouse click which also gives the context menu for text box such as CUT, COPY, PASTE, SELECT ALL etc. On minimizing the text box the search field as well as the font button disappear. You may create with a sound recorder any wav file having the same name as the text file or image file but with extension ".wav" and play this file by clicking the speaker icon button. The sound file will be played only when the text or image file is loaded. For images for which you do not have sound files, no file will be played. No sound recording application control is given in this program and you must make your own using a third party software preferably 8-bit mono. Also TTS engine and use of a vb code by Amal RS enables the text description to be heard.
By mouse down movement on the main window, the print window is loaded if the image is loaded. By mouse down on the image, the message box crops up to ask if you would like to copy the image to the clipboard.

If the maximize button for image is clicked you can view more of the image as shown above which requires less of scrolling. The image can be restored by clicking the button again. If the image is maximized, the toolbar to the left is disabled and when the text field is maximized, the toolbar on top of the image is disabled. The one at top is from an online book by P Rey of Monash University, Australia.

Top

The above is a timed message box that remains on screen for 20 seconds and gives the program information.

A program icon appears in the task bar. On mouse move a tool tip tells you to left double click to end and right double click to minimize. To the right is a picture of the slider for you to set the compression value of JPEG file to be produced. You must use value between 80 and 90 for preserving image details

To the left is the example of the spell check with permanent storage of added words in the dictionary text file.

Option 1

Get this whole program of 1013 images and 1013 text files  by only paying postage and handling. For this option pay US $5.00 by International Money Order or Bank Draft or check. The address is given in the About program screenshot above (not completely ready yet, keep watching this page).  Expected Sep 2004. Also available as a 5555 K stand alone EXE file by Sep 2004. (Screenshot below).

Option2

Get only the basic structure with complete setup of 3839 K with but only one image and one text file. You are on your own. PLEASE REMEMBER THAT THE IMAGE YOU LOAD FROM ANYWHERE IS FIRST SAVED as a bitmap file, the default of the Windows OS, but then immediately converted to JPEG and loaded into your control and saved in your application folder. The BMP files also remain temporarily in your folder. These are  "killed" but "FileCopied" to C:\sFiles, which you must create and you have to do this yourself.  For this option, download this from (only 3839 K) but  modify list, logo, slash, side image and URLs. The about box remains but can be removed but a new one cannot be added unless you do some gimmicks with your splash screen. But context menu of this file will remain. To download the complete 3839 K install program go the following page and then click the link there.

(4166 K)Click to download the most attractive one with MS agent and TTS engine. After running setup, extract from FILES.zip all files in the same folder. Then run tv_enua self extractor file for TTS engine. You may download, alternatively a simple version-but an extrmely versatile one with registry saving of all settings and making it as your own(this too has MS agent and will require VB5 runtime)- ( 1891 K) by clicking the image below.

The author regrets that it is not possible to thank all individuals and organizations here.

AFTER YOU HAVE FINISHED MAKING COMPLETELY, YOU DO NOT NEED 1.SPELLCHECK, 2.ONLY MINIMUM IMAGES ON TOOLBARS AND 3.NO SLIDER TO SET COMPRESSION VALUE. BY CLICKING AT THE FORM COORDINATES AT A PARTICULAR PLACE, THESE ARE MADE INVISIBLE AND RESET. THIS CHANGE IS WRITTEN TO REGISTRY. THERE IS A HINT IN THE PROGRAM. JUST FIND OUT WHERE IT IS ! By doubleclicking at the same coordinates point, the original settings are restored.
